I was diagnosed with Pompe Disease, a rare genetic disease with no cure, in February 2021. As a wife and a mother of 2 young children who was also focused on growing my career in corporate America - this turned my world upside down. I started crafting shortly after, as a form of distraction, therapy and to find new ways to smile.
